Dr. Anik Ashraf is an organizational economist specializing in productivity and efficiency of organizations in developing countries. As an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Munich (Germany), he brings over a decade of international experience working with firms across diverse economies, including Bangladesh, India, Kenya, and Austria.

Dr. Ashraf holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Warwick (UK), awarded in 2018. His academic credentials are complemented by affiliations with prestigious research networks, including the European Economic Association, Association for Economic and Development Studies on Bangladesh, UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab, and CESifo.
